6. The lower part adopts a counterweight tension device to realize automatic tensioning. After one-time installation and adjustment, the constant tension can be maintained to avoid belt slipping, thus ensuring the normal operation of the equipment;

7. THG upper and lower wheels are assembled sprockets, and the rim is connected to the wheel body with high-strength bolts. After the sprocket is worn, only the rim needs to be replaced, which is convenient for replacement, saves materials and reduces maintenance costs;

8. The lower part could be equipped with a material level device and speed detector, which can be selected by the customer according to requirements, so as to transmit the control signal to the computer in the central control room, in order to monitor the operation of the hoist.
